7 post-workout vegan meal ideas to refuel your body and soul.
Okay, so I haven’t talked about it much on the blog but, like, food is my favourite thing. I love to cook, I like enjoying food, and trying new flavours! And because I love cooking (and eating haha) I’m constantly looking for new vegan meal ideas.
When I started working out more aggressively, I realized that what I ate before and after my workouts is pretty important. When I wasn’t fuelling properly I was getting sluggish mid-workout, and then weak and sleepy if I didn’t eat properly afterwards. So over the past several months, I’ve been learning to make meals that not only benefit my workouts but that taste insanely delicious!
So there aren’t any smoothies on this list (which are excellent pre and post workout meals) because I wrote a separate post with some of my favourite smoothies. You can find that list HERE.
